The Role
We're looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll support a portfolio of high-growth clients through website, digital advertising, conversion rate optimization, and email campaign design - with your work informed by performance data and built to convert, not just to impress. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who is curious about how AI tools are reshaping creative workflows and wants genuine creative ownership within a fast-moving, collaborative team.
- Design websites, digital advertisements, and email campaigns across a range of client accounts
- Develop and maintain visual brand identities and style guides, ensuring all creative deliverables strictly adhere to brand standards and are executed with a high level of polish.
- Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to landing page and website design, balancing aesthetics with performance.
- Liaise with diverse cross-functional teams - from creative strategists and copywriters to web developers and clients - to manage the design roadmap from concept to execution, ensuring all milestones are met for cohesive, results-driven campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, or digital media
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted image generation, ideation, and design acceleration) to optimize, streamline, and scale creative production.
- Experience with CRO design or landing page optimization
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web, advertising, and email design work (required for consideration)
- Experience in brand design, visual design, or marketing-focused creative roles
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to take direction and deliver clean, professional work
- Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A data-driven mindset, with genuine interest in how design decisions impact performance metrics and business outcomes
Bonus:
- Animation or motion graphics experience (e.g., After Effects, Lottie)
- Video editing experience
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS as it relates to web and email design
- Prior experience at a brand or design agency, ideally serving B2B SaaS or technology clients
- Copywriting experience
- Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Linear, Asana, Monday.com)
