About The Role

The Junior Enterprise Account Executive- Expansion role is responsible for helping to drive growth by closing new business, generating sales leads, and owning the entirety of the sales pipeline. As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for working target accounts within our ideal customer profile, breaking into new accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.

What you'll be doing:

  • Target a focused account list of customers and prospects for growth
  • Develop and close new and upsell Dozuki Digital Work Training opportunities
  • Develop and execute on account based-selling approach to exceed goals
  • Accurately manage territory sales projections and share best practices with the rest of the team
  • Effectively align the Dozuki value to prospect needs through capability demonstrations, evaluations and target-specific initiatives
  • Coordinate and work with the Dozuki team (Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, key executives) to ensure territory success; customer satisfaction, expansion and retention

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of closing experience in B2B Enterprise sales (SaaS experience preferred) or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience selling into the Manufacturing sector
  • 2+ years of experience using MEDDPICC sales process methodology
  • Highly motivated, over-achieving "hunter and closer" who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Track record of effective navigation of and closing business in large enterprise accounts and targeted multi-solution selling approach.
  • Success in opportunity creation and "full funnel" management of multiple opportunities.
  • Proven history of exceeding targets in selling licenses/products/subscriptions to Enterprise organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, procurement and/or senior executives.
  • Desire to help set and measure weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity targets and goals.
  • Experience with solution selling that includes excellent discovery and objection-handling skills.
  • Extreme ownership of your work and a continuous drive for improvement.
  • Above-average communication skills with the ability to properly set and deliver on expectations.
  • Competitive and driven with a team-first attitude.
  • Desire to work in a high-energy environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in situations without all the answers.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $78,000/year up to $85,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other incentives and compensation may be available based upon a number of factors including OTE (on target earnings)
