We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Enterprise Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing our enterprise client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of enterprise client accounts, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and support.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Help coordinate client meetings and presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and Dealer eProcess products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
- Partner with third-party agencies to develop and implement effective dealership strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
