 Learn more about our Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator position:

The Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level, field-based role focused on building relationships with dental offices in your assigned territory. You will play a key role in supporting our marketing and outreach efforts by connecting with current and potential referral partners. 

This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in relationship marketing, sales, and community outreach. Training and ongoing support will be provided. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Visit dental offices in your assigned territory to introduce Orthodontic Experts and build relationships 
  • Support and maintain relationships with existing referral partners through regular check-ins and visits 
  • Assist with coordinating and attending Lunch & Learns and other outreach events 
  • Help track and update referral activity and office interactions in our systems 
  • Provide feedback on what you’re seeing in the field, including opportunities and general trends 
  • Assist with marketing initiatives such as holiday drops, email follow-ups, and office engagement 
  • Support doctors and team members during community visits and events 
  • Share relevant updates and materials with dental offices (digital and in-person) 
  • Maintain organized notes, schedules, and communication with your direct manager

Working Hours & Location: 

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required) 
  • Occasional Saturdays and some holidays 
  • Field-based role (approximately 90–95% travel) 
  • Reporting base location: 1700 W Higgins Rd, Suite 320, Des Plaines, IL 60018 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred 
  • Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn 
  • Organized and able to manage a schedule independently 
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role (travel required) 
  • Valid driver’s license 

Working Hours & Location:
