What this role is all about:

Key Account Executive sells Infobip products to new Infobip customers and generates net new business. The role identifies and generates new business opportunities and pursues leads which are provided against a focused target account list. 

In addition to the actual sales activities, Key Account Executive is usually one of the most experienced sales representatives, so it is expected of him/her to share his/her knowledge with the rest of the team members, mentor newly recruited sales team members, answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
 

What you'll do:

  • Focuses on lead qualification and closure for successful sale 
  • Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customer’s base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad. 
  • Involves specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demo) 
  • Develops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.  
  • Manages sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning. 
  • Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.  
  • Negotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. 
  • Maintains client relationships by collaborating with AMs, CSEs or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health  
  • Works closely with BDR teams to take over the lead 
  • As required cross sells for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation) 
  • As a Leading contributor individually and as a team member, provide direction and mentoring to others.

What makes you a strong fit:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in solution-based sales, with a strong focus on SaaS.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions within one or more of the following verticals: Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, and/or Travel & Hospitality.
  • Successful sales track record - commission earnings. 
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. 
  • CXO level influencer. 
  • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.  
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. 
  • Previous management experience an advantage. 
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible for quarterly discretionary bonus.
