  • Assist with POS transactions, payments, cash-handling procedures, and end-of-shift responsibilities as needed.
  • Complete and verify assigned opening and closing checklists.

  • Identify and communicate maintenance, supply, safety, staffing, or operational concerns to management.
  • Help reinforce restaurant procedures, sanitation standards, food safety practices, and service expectations.

  • Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, use good judgment, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of restaurant operations.
  • Ability to identify issues and take appropriate action without requiring constant direction from management.
  • Comfortable using restaurant POS and reservation systems or willing to learn.
  • Willingness to participate in training and develop leadership and operational skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
