Evaluate AI-user conversations by assessing user sentiment and determining if the AI met emotional expectations, providing concise evaluations.
Overview
We are seeking individuals with high emotional intelligence, ideally with backgrounds in teaching, coaching, counseling, customer experience, or other people-focused roles, to join our team as Conversation Sentiment Evaluators. This role involves reviewing short AI–user conversations (typically 5–10 minutes per task) and determining whether the AI’s response met the user’s needs and emotional expectations.
What You’ll Do
• Review brief text-based conversations between users and an AI assistant.
• Assess user sentiment: Were they satisfied, neutral, frustrated, confused, or disengaged?
• Identify emotional cues, tone shifts, and contextual signals.
• Provide clear, concise evaluations based on predefined criteria.
• Flag scenarios where the AI’s response may have missed the mark or failed to address the user’s underlying intent.
• Offer short written rationales to support your evaluations.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who naturally demonstrate high EQ and strong interpersonal awareness. Successful candidates may have experience in:
• Teaching or tutoring
• Coaching or mentoring
• Counseling or social work
• Customer support or client-facing roles
• Any field requiring active listening and interpretation of emotional context

Requirements
• Excellent written communication skills in Korean
• Proficiency in English
• Strong command of conversational nuance and emotional interpretation
• Reliable access to a computer and internet connection
• Ability to complete quick tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Comfortable working within evaluation frameworks (training provided)
