  • Contribute ideas for social media campaigns and content that connect with local audiences.

  • Collaborate with internal teams — including PR/Communications, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Media — as well as external agencies and freelancers, to support the delivery of multi-channel marketing programs

  • Prepare clear, data-informed reports on campaign performance, sharing findings and recommendations with the team to support continuous improvement

  • Help coordinate briefing processes for the creative team, ensuring briefs are clear, complete, and delivered on schedule

  • Support budget tracking and administrative tasks related to marketing activations, including vendor coordination and agreement management

Please apply if you have:
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, advertising, or content — whether from an agency, a consumer brand, or a combination of both. Equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills are also considered.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (such as Meltwater, Hootsuite, or Sprinklr) and comfort with creative tools like Photoshop or stock image platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.

  • An analytical mindset — you're comfortable working with data and using it to identify opportunities and flag risks in content and campaign performance.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once, keeping teams informed and on track.

  • Cultural curiosity and awareness, particularly of Latin American markets, travel behavior, and consumer trends.

  • A genuine interest in travel and technology.
