The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.
Program Dates & Components:• Program starting in January 2027 (full time / Hybrid Model)• Opportunities in Products & Solutions, Project Management, Product Management, Market Delivery, Account Management• Impactful assignments that drive business results• Networking sessions and leadership speakers series• Volunteer and team building experiences
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or master's degree with a graduation date between Dec 2025 - Dec 2026;• Outstanding record of academic achievement;• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities;• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; • Particularly for Performance Analytics or Business Experimentation tracks, experience using data analysis or querying tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Excel or Tableau) is an asset;• Ability to communicate ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office language(s)
