Job Description:
Very strong Excel skills required (VBA not necessary)
At least 1-2 years of experience with Snowflake SQL, Python, Pyspark
Strong presentation skills required (PowerPoint)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
SQL, Advance Excel, multi-variate statistics, logistic regression, and multiple regression
At least 1-2 years of experience and proficiency in Data Visualization Tools like Tableau or Power BI required
Familiarity with Databricks
Experience in Marketing Analytics with at least 1-2 years of experience with Marketing Campaign performance evaluation, determining and tracking key KPIs like incremental lift, cost per product etc. to determine campaign ROI
Ability to discover hidden insights or complex patterns through advanced multi-variate data mining techniques on un-structured business problems and be able to tell a story from the data
Ability to translate analysis insights into actionable recommendations and strategies for the clients
Ability to build XG Boost or Machine Learning models to segment customer population and well acquainted with modeling techniques
Ability to explain advanced analytical methodology and present results to non-technical audiences
Ability to execute advanced analytic tasks (including but not limited to modeling, segmentation, DOE, forecasting, etc.) and create meaningful analytical outputs
Ability to identify areas for statistical innovation or process improvement, do independent research, develop innovative approaches or processes/codes to 1) improve client business results, 2) improve efficiencies, 3) reduce potential errors
Ability to determine quantitative methods for solving client issues
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in quantitative marketing arena, marketing campaign measurement/evaluation, in database and/or digital (addressable) marketing
Possess core analytical competencies such as ability to formulate an analytical problem; QC data and results; Summarize key findings/insights; Tell an effective story using the data and make actionable recommendations; develop new and innovative analytical solutions to solve challenging business problems
Possess client/team engagement competencies such as gather specifications, develop analytical roadmap and approach and manage expectations, and coordinate delivery with internal team
Develop project plan; manage the day-to-day tasks; and meet project deadlines
Work effectively across teams to ensure client satisfaction
Contribute to innovation, process improvement, standardization - Deliver high quality analytical solutions on-time
Academic Requirement: Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) OR Master’s Degree in statistics, math, economics or related scientific/quantitative field plus several years' experience in applied disciplines; Advanced degree (M.A., M.S., Ph.D.) preferred
The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000-$112,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
