This is a role within Chamberlain Group's Marketing function. This role is ideal for a hands on CDP practitioner who can manage data pipelines, define audience logic, and operationalize customer data across marketing and lifecycle channels to drive measurable engagement and performance.

This role will

Serve as the primary power user of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring optimal configuration and utilization of its features by Marketing and other teams Manage end-to-end CDP workflows including data ingestion and integration requirements, audience segmentation, and activation and ensure outputs reliably support marketing and business use cases.

Partner with IT and the rest of the Marketing org to translate personalization and measurement needs into CDP-ready requirements (events, attributes, audiences, and activation specifications), enabling execution.

This role requires a minimum

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing

5+ years of experience in customer data platforms

1+ years experience leading projects and enhancements for customer data platforms.

The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $165,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
