In this role, you will:
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives for enterprise authentication and customer access capabilities.

- Drive innovation across authentication, authorization, fraud prevention, identity verification, and secure customer access experiences.
- Partner with technology, cybersecurity, risk, architecture, and business teams to prioritize investments and deliver high-impact capabilities.
- Own product backlogs, priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans while balancing customer needs, security requirements, and platform risk.
- Identify opportunities to streamline integrations with internal partners and third-party platforms, creating more efficient and scalable solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to identity, authentication, and access management.
- Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align on product vision, strategic priorities, and business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert across multiple capabilities, helping teams solve complex business and technology challenges.
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5+ years enterprise platforms or shared services experiences.
- Experience owning or supporting identity and access management (IAM), authentication, authorization, customer access, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or related platform capabilities.
- Strong ability to navigate between business strategy and technical execution while influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience partnering with engineering and architecture teams to deliver complex platform, API, integration, or modernization initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery efforts.
- Experience evaluating tradeoffs among customer experience, security, risk, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working in Agile product environments.
- Experience with authentication technologies, identity platforms, access management, single sign-on (SSO), MFA, passkeys, biometrics, customer onboarding, or digital security solutions.
- Experience leading platform consolidation, modernization, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Background in financial services, technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, telecommunications, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
- Ability to quickly develop expertise across multiple product domains and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
- Passion for building secure, scalable digital capabilities that improve both customer experience and business outcomes.
