Position Summary

Simeio is seeking a Lead Identity Engineer - Saviynt to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires a hands-on IAM leader with deep Saviynt expertise who can design scalable solutions, guide customers through IAM transformations, and actively participate in implementation and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture, design, and deployment of Saviynt IGA solutions.
  • Design identity lifecycle processes, access governance models, and provisioning strategies.
  • Configure and support Saviynt capabilities including Access Requests, Certifications, Role Management, SoD, and Provisioning.
  • Lead application onboarding and integration efforts using APIs, directories, and enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues and drive platform optimization.
  • Partner with customers to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and recommend IAM best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
  • Strong background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management, access governance, certifications, role management, and application onboarding.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Active Directory/Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions.
  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Saviynt certification preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on IAM professional who can operate as both a solution architect and lead engineer, providing technical leadership while actively building and delivering Saviynt solutions for Simeio's clients.
