🖋️ About the Role

At LiveFlow, we believe creativity and productivity thrive when individuals are empowered to solve problems end to end. We’re seeking a Product Designer who can think holistically about user needs, distill complex problems, and craft elegant, user-focused experiences. We value iterative learning and strive to balance speed with delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.

In this role, you’ll tackle end-to-end design challenges, rapidly iterate on ideas, and collaborate with founders, stakeholders, and customers to align on ambitious goals and uncover real-world challenges in a space ripe for disruption. You’ll play a key role in not only shaping a new product, but also building a design culture from the ground up.

What you’ll do at Liveflow:
  • Shape the vision – Contribute to long-term strategic thinking and help define the design vision for an exciting new product area

  • Design end-to-end solutions – Craft intuitive and cohesive user experiences, from workflows and interactions to high-fidelity visuals, ensuring every detail aligns with user needs

  • Champion the user – Advocate for user needs by conducting research, gathering feedback, and ensuring the product designs deliver measurable value

  • Iterate and refine – Rapidly prototype, test, and refine ideas to continuously improve the product and deliver impactful results

  • Ensure quality execution – Work closely with developers to bring designs to life, ensuring high quality implementation and a seamless user experience

  • Build the design culture – Play a key role in establishing a design-focused mindset, processes, and best practices as part of LiveFlow’s growing team

What we’re looking for:
  • Experienced and versatile – You bring 2-5 years of design experience across the entire design stack, including speccing projects, designing workflows, visual design, interaction design, and ensuring implementation

  • Holistic thinker – You have the ability to design cohesive, end-to-end systems—not just individual UI elements or standalone screens.

  • Creative problem solver – You excel at breaking down complex problems and crafting creative, user-focused solutions

  • Iterative learner – You are comfortable testing, failing, learning, and refining ideas in rapid cycles

  • User-centric – You have deep empathy for the user and a relentless focus on delivering value

  • Adaptable and resourceful – You excel in ambiguity, solving new challenges with flexibility and a proactive mindset

  • Collaborative communicator – You communicate clearly and effectively, and thrive in cross-functional teams

🌟 Benefits
  • Competitive base salary

  • Substantial equity package

  • Health and dental insurance for US-based employees

  • 401(k) for US-based employees; pension plan for UK-based employees

  • All the latest tech you need; MacBooks, monitors, etc.

  • Monthly budget to spend on books and conferences to keep learning

  • 28 days paid vacation + 9 US holidays
