Job Summary

Drive product vision and strategy across multiple teams by defining high-level priorities, aligning business objectives, and ensuring delivery of customer-centric solutions. Lead and act as subject matter expert for other product owners to maximize business value through effective backlog management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of agile practices.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate product vision and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for other product owners, provide guidance on backlog prioritization, user story refinement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Own and manage multiple product backlogs, ensure prioritization reflects enterprise-level objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into actionable features and epics.
  • Champion the voice of the customer across teams and influence product decisions to enhance member experience and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-team alignment for dependencies, risks, and opportunities impacting delivery and product success.
  • Drive continuous improvement in agile practices, ensure consistency and scalability across teams.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, identify trends and recommend enhancements.
  • Participate in the full product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, growth, and optimization.

Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Maintains integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts; complies with Privacy Act directives.

Education

Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related

Years of Experience

Minimum - 5 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies or related

Preferred - 3 Years of (specific domain)

In Lieu of Education

8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies or related in (specific domain)


Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $92,600.00 to $144,100.00‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
