We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our product team. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the quality assurance process and ensuring the reliability of our no-code mobile app and web application builder platform. Your extensive experience and leadership capabilities will be essential in guiding the QA team towards achieving our quality objectives effectively and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of our mobile app and web application builder platform.
- Oversee and conduct manual testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to identify defects and ensure a high level of product quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to understand product requirements and provide valuable feedback during the development cycle.
- Drive continuous improvement of our QA processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing efforts.
- Take ownership of identifying, reporting, and tracking software defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Implement and supervise regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after new changes or updates are implemented.
- Conduct and guide exploratory testing to uncover potential areas of improvement or user experience issues.
- Work closely with automation engineers to design and implement automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools for regression and performance testing.
Technical Profile
- Strong understanding and application of QA methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing principles, including test design, test execution, and defect management.
- Proven experience with test management tools and version control systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts from functional and technical specifications.
- Extensive experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using issue tracking systems.
- Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and their specific testing challenges.
