At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we’ve grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team of more than 140 people, supporting hundreds of practices nationwide.
Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.
Application process: We kindly ask that interested candidates apply directly through this posting rather than reaching out via email, LinkedIn, or other channels. This helps us ensure a fair and organized review process for everyone.
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic SDR Lead to own and build Moxie’s outbound efforts—personally driving qualified meetings and pipeline and making outbound a core, measurable part of how we grow. This is a true player-coach role with a clear path to leadership, where you’ll shape how outbound works at Moxie and grow into managing and scaling an SDR team over time.
We already have strong demand and a capable sales team. What we don’t yet have is a dedicated outbound SDR function. This role will fully own outbound—from prospecting and messaging to booking meetings and partnering with AEs on pipeline quality—and turn it into a reliable, repeatable source of qualified pipeline.
Our Objectives for the RoleBuild a repeatable outbound SDR motion that consistently produces qualified meetings and pipeline month over month
Personally execute outbound as a player-coach, carrying individual targets while defining best practices and standards
Partner closely with outbound AEs and Marketing to align targeting, messaging, and handoffs that convert
Use data and experimentation to diagnose what’s working, fix what isn’t, and steadily improve conversion and pipeline quality
Establish a consistent outbound operating rhythm, including regular reporting on activity, results, and pipeline impact
Lay the foundation to scale outbound through clear documentation, process, and early hiring readiness
Prior experience carrying quota or targets tied to meetings or pipeline in an outbound role
Strong outbound fundamentals: prospecting, messaging, objection handling, and sequencing
Comfort with high-volume outbound activity and the persistence required to make it work
Strong pattern recognition—able to quickly identify what messaging, segments, and approaches convert
Comfort operating in early-stage, ambiguous environments where structure must be created
Proven ability to partner closely with AEs and Marketing to drive pipeline outcomes
Fluency in modern outbound and CRM tooling (Salesloft or Outreach experience strongly preferred)
Clear, confident communicator who can coach others and influence cross-functionally
Ambition to grow into people leadership and scale a team
Compensation for this role ranges from $100,000–$130,000 OTE, with a base/commission split of either 70/30 or 75/25, depending on experience and final scope.
Because this is the first role of its kind at Moxie, we’ll work closely with the person in this role to define clear, achievable variable targets during the first few months. To support that ramp period, full commission will be guaranteed for the first four months as we align on goals and metrics together.
Why Join Us?This role is perfect for someone who wants real ownership, clear expectations, and a path to leadership built on results.
You’ll:
Build an outbound engine from scratch and see your work tied directly to pipeline and revenue
Operate as a true player-coach with real influence across Sales and Marketing
Move fast, test often, and iterate without heavy process or red tape
Grow from individual contributor to outbound leader as the team scales
At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.
We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.
