Job Role and Responsibilities: The ZAIDYN Commercial - Platform Development team designs, implements, tests, and supports ZS's ZAIDYN AI-powered, cloud-native platform which helps drive superior customer experiences and revenue outcomes through integrated products & analytics. The role will research, design, and develop computer and/or network software or specialized utility programs. Design, implement, test, and/or support high-quality products by making critical software decisions and providing software-related subject matter expertise to ZS teams. Research new technologies, design advanced optimizations, and implement world-class user interfaces. Develop products and services using ZS's proprietary software as a service ("SaaS") platform. Partner with Software Managers, Product Managers, and QA Analysts to develop realistic implementation plans with a focus on quality and sustainability.
