Why This Role Is Valuable   

The Leadership & Learning Specialist will report to the AVP, Leadership & Learning and will be responsible for key programs and services offered to Revantage in North America, Revantage Global, and the real estate portfolio companies we support. The ideal candidate has experience in leadership development, learning, and/or talent management, and possesses excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.  

 

How You Add Value

Program Development 

  • Design, implement, and oversee learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and develop customized programs. 

  • Collaborate with external vendors and facilitators to deliver customized programs. 

  • Develop training materials, resources, and curricula in collaboration with subject matter experts. 

  • Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring engagement and effective learning. 

Project Management 

  • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. 

  • Create and maintain project plans for programs.  

  • Coordinate logistics for sessions, including scheduling and venue selection.  

Internal Consulting and Needs Assessment 

  • Consult with portfolio company partners on learning and talent needs, seeking to fully understand business challenges and needs. 

  • Conduct assessments to identify learning and talent needs and gaps within the organization. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning and talent initiatives with business objectives. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Create program communications that are clear, friendly, and succinct.  

  • Act as the primary liaison between departments, facilitators, and participants. 

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve program offerings.  

Continuous Improvement 

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in leadership development, adult learning, and talent management. 

  • Recommend and implement improvements to existing programs based on participant feedback and organizational needs. 

Data Analysis and Reporting 

  • Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. 

  • Prepare and present reports on program outcomes and recommendations to senior leaders. 

Budget Management 

  • Assist in the development and management of the leadership & learning budget. 

  • Track expenditures and ensure programs remain within budgetary constraints. 

Team Leadership and Mentorship 

  • Lead and mentor junior coordinators and support staff in program execution and professional development. 

  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. 

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field 

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in a corporate environment 

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills 

  • Experience with logistics for blended learning programs (live, virtual, technology enabled) 

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. 

  • Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning tools. 

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service, and consultative skills 

  • Advanced level skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

  • Natural curiosity and interest in innovative and creative solutions 

Preferred: 

  • Prior consulting or professional services experience 

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field 

Base Compensation Range:

$90,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation:  This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
