In this role, you will deliver proactive, practical, and business-focused legal advice across the entire customer lifecycle while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external customers, partners, and suppliers.
This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA, with an expectation of working from the office three days per week.

- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including software licensing, SaaS agreements, NDAs, services agreements, SOWs, and order forms.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Privacy, Information Security, Renewals, Channel & Partner teams, and Procurement.
- Support public sector procurement efforts and navigate FedRAMP-related requirements.
- Translate complex legal requirements into clear, practical guidance for non-legal audiences.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve legal processes and efficiency.
The skills and qualities you'll bring include
- Admission to and good standing with the Massachusetts bar (or eligibility for an in-house counsel waiver).
- Bring 2+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Demonstrate experience supporting go-to-market teams on software licensing, SaaS agreements, NDAs, services agreements, SOWs, and order forms.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by building networks across Sales, Finance, Privacy, and Information Security teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
- Show interest or experience in public sector procurement and familiarity with FedRAMP-related requirements.
- Communicate complex legal requirements in a clear, concise manner that conveys rationale and fosters commitment from non-legal audiences.
- Demonstrate efficient decision-making to resolve commercial challenges and enable business momentum.
- Maintain accountability by establishing clear ownership and driving outcomes across customer and vendor engagements.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to continuously refine legal processes and drive efficiency.
