We’re looking for an Immigration Specialist to join our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team! The CRM team is focused on maintaining and growing our business within our 1000+ B2B customers. These customers range from fast-growth start-ups to Fortune100 companies. The team is 100% customer driven with a mission to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at our customers (typically with HR leaders). As an Immigration Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day immigration needs of our customers. Attention to detail, fast action, rapid problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset are critical to success in this role. High achievers will progress into other CRM team roles. You will: Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding general immigration issues by using a consultative and proactive approach Assist customers in the onboarding process, ensuring strong data integrity and transfer of cases into our platform and workflow Manage case onboarding: scanning, case and data review for all cases Act as a liaison with Global Immigration Associates (Envoy’s immigration partner firm - GIA), to provide our HR customers with the most up to date case information in a timely manner Monitor data and reports through the Envoy Web App and Salesforce.com and analyze findings to provide value for our customers Support CRM's across multiple clients, developing and managing customer-facing documents and reports
You Have: Fluency in Mandarin is required 1-2 years’ experience as a paralegal within the Immigration space OR immigration-related experience Passion for technology, working in a fast-paced, high performing company, and bringing innovative tech products to new users Motivation, drive, and persistence to proactively solve customer problems while remaining calm under pressure Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain highly complex topics in a way that anyone can understand
