We're looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator for Independent Living who is energetic, creative, outgoing, and enjoys motivating others to stay active, connected, and engaged. If you're someone who loves planning events, leading group activities, thinking outside the box, and bringing positive energy wherever you go, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
As a Community Life Associate, you'll help create experiences that enrich the lives of our residents by planning and leading engaging programs that promote physical wellness, lifelong learning, creativity, and social connection.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the Director of Community Life with planning, scheduling, and implementing daily activities and special events.
  • Leading engaging fitness, wellness, recreational, educational, and social programs for residents.
  • Creating a welcoming, energetic, and inclusive community atmosphere.
  • Utilizing social media to highlight community life and celebrate resident experiences.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to create memorable experiences for residents and families.
  • Preparing and distributing monthly newsletters and weekly activity calendars.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for special events and activities.
What We're Looking For
  • A positive, enthusiastic personality with a passion for serving older adults.
  • Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Someone who enjoys staying active and inspiring others to participate in wellness and recreational activities.
  • Creative, organized, and able to think on your feet.
  • Comfortable leading groups, speaking in front of others, and encouraging participation.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva (or similar design software).
  • Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Six months or more of experience in activities, recreation, hospitality, event planning, fitness, education, or senior living is preferred.
