Requirements
- Significant portable business.
- Extensive branded biotech and/or pharmaceutical patent prosecution experience
- Ph.D. or other advanced scientific degree strongly preferred
- USPTO registration and state bar where practicing required
- Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and expand client relationships
- Experience counseling biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical companies, universities, and research institutions
