Job Description

The Chicago office of a well known national law firm is looking for an associate with 2-4 years of trade secret/non-compete law experience. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and his/her experience should include significant litigation experience. The candidate must have excellent writing and communication skilss. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. 

  • Candidates should possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills, possess the ability to take on significant responsibility for deal management and work product.
  • be diligent, proactive, detail oriented, supportive, and team oriented.

Law school transcripts will be needed for consideration
