The Job

Goal and Scope

This position plays a key role in the management of localization program in the region (SEA). The goal is steer and support regional localization efforts while managing regional teams to meet client's requirements.

Job Requirement:

  • To work closely with internal & external stakeholders to deliver translation and localization projects.
  • To steer and support region's localization opportunities, which will include direct communications with Clients.
  • To design and recommend suitable and appropriate localization solutions to meet localization requirements.
  • To organize, manage and direct internal localization team to reach desired outcome.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience within the localization/translation domain.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end localization/translation requirements and workflows.
  • Possesses excellent cross-cultural communication skill.
  • Experienced Team manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Been in positions to work directly with clients, conveying localization capabilities to meet client's localization requirements.
  • Familiarity with translation/localization tools and TMS.
  • Knowledge of additional language other than English.
  • Self-driven and is execution/process oriented.
