We are seeking a Luxury Travel Advisor for Strategic Coverage who will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our members, focusing on strategic planning, personalized service, and high-level client engagement. This position involves working closely with other advisors and teams to deliver exceptional, detail-oriented travel experiences that align with our members’ distinct needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Advisors to provide strategic coverage in managing a portfolio of high-profile luxury clients.
  • Assist in developing and refining bespoke itineraries that reflect members’ preferences and lifestyle.
  • Coordinate bookings and logistics across multiple touchpoints including private villas, luxury hotels, transportation, and curated experiences.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for members during travel planning and execution stages, ensuring consistent and personalized communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the luxury travel market, emerging destinations, and industry trends to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Manage multiple trips simultaneously with excellence in organization and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements and team collaboration to enhance the member travel experience.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in luxury travel advisory or a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Proven ability to manage high-net-worth clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and trips concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with luxury travel booking platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury accommodations, private villas, premium air travel, and exclusive experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, primarily within the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment with a proactive approach.
  • Bonus: Experience with Sabre GDS, Salesforce, or other travel technology systems.
