The Opportunity
As a Management Consulting - Sector Operations - Financial Services Senior Associate Intern you will support advisory projects focused on business operations, process improvement, and client service within our Advisory practice. As an Intern you will support teams, participate in project work, gather information from a range of sources, and build familiarity with how PwC delivers services across business and supply chain operations and Financial Services sectors. In this role at PwC, you will assist with research, analysis, meeting preparation, and day-to-day project tasks while developing your communication, teamwork, and digital tool skills in a client support environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting client service teams in financial services operations projects through research, analysis, and project coordination tasks
- Gathering information from business processes, workflow documents, and stakeholder discussions to help identify issues and opportunities for improvement
- Assisting in developing presentations, working papers, and status updates for internal and client-facing meetings
- Participating in process mapping, data review, and operational documentation activities to learn consulting methods and delivery approaches
- Using digital tools and AI-enabled resources to organize information, summarize findings, and streamline routine tasks
- Contributing to analyses of operating models, service delivery methods, and process efficiency across banking, insurance, and asset management contexts
- Tracking project tasks, action items, and deliverables while escalating risks, gaps, or questions to the team
- Observing client interactions and applying feedback to build professional judgment, technical knowledge, and commercial awareness
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Client service Senior Associate intern positions are for job seekers who are one year away from graduation of their MBA program at the time of application

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
