How you will contribute
You will:
- Assist senior Change Managers in the development and execution of change management plans and strategies.
- Support the creation of impactful communications materials, including drafting messages, presentations, newsletters, and coordinating their distribution across various channels.
- Coordinate the logistics for training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Help maintain and organize change management documentation, trackers, and project repositories to ensure information is current and accessible.
- Contribute to change impact analysis by gathering relevant data and preparing summary reports.
- Collaborate with various project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless change implementation activities.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of change adoption metrics by compiling data and assisting in the preparation of progress updates.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for key stakeholder meetings.
What you will bring
- A desire to build your career in change management and accelerate your impact with experience and knowledge in:
- 5-8 years of experience in project support, communications, human resources, or an entry-level management role.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is essential.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong eagerness to learn and contribute to complex global projects.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented global environment.
- An interest in digital transformation, technology adoption, and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP systems like SAP S4HANA or planning systems like O9).
