Manufacturing Process Engineering Co-Op supporting production-floor operations, process optimization, loss and downtime analysis, waste reduction, equipment performance, root-cause investigations, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams while updating process maps, standard operating procedures, training materials, and work instructions. The co-op is fully onsite in Naperville, Illinois, with part-time academic-year and full-time summer schedules.

Supports process engineering and continuous improvement projects in a food manufacturing plant.
