About Armada

Armada is a leader in supply chain orchestration, trusted by some of the most recognized brands in the country. We manage the movement, coordination, and intelligence behind the supply chains that keep thousands of restaurants running every day.

The role

Armada is looking for a Content and Social Media Manager to build and run the operation behind our content and social strategy. In this role, you will put a repeatable production process in place, own the content calendar and publishing across our channels, and manage the reporting that shows what the work is doing. This is a hands-on role for an experienced content marketer who knows how to translate strategy into consistent, high-quality execution.

This role reports to the VP of Brand and Creative, who sets strategy and creative direction, and works alongside contract creative partners, subject matter experts across the business, and commercial stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Own the content and social calendar across all channels, with LinkedIn as the priority: planning, briefing, approvals, publishing, and reporting, while supporting content creation throughout the process.
  • Build and document the production process behind content: intake, briefs, review cycles, publishing cadence, and asset management, making it scalable as the program grows.
  • Manage publishing, listening, reporting, and employee advocacy through a social media management platform, such as Sprout Social. Establish a monthly performance readout for leadership.
  • Support story sourcing across the business: working with brand leadership, meet with operations, commercial, and technology teams and help turn subject matter expertise into content our audience wants.
  • Work with the project management team to coordinate contract designers, writers, and video partners, with creative direction set by the VP of Brand and Creative.
  • Build and run AI-assisted content workflows, not just prompts. Develop repeatable systems in tools like Claude that speed up content and social production while protecting brand voice and quality.
  • Track and report on content and social performance monthly and adjust plans based on results.
  • Identify opportunities to extend or sharpen the content strategy, and bring recommendations supported by data and clear reasoning.

What you will bring

  • At least 5 years in content marketing and social media management for B2B companies. Supply chain, logistics, or B2B services experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience building a content marketing program from strategy to steady-state operation.
  • Hands-on experience across publishing, reporting, and employee advocacy.
  • Strong working knowledge of social platform best practices, especially LinkedIn, and sound judgment about what works for a B2B audience.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to work within an established brand voice.
  • Fluency using AI tools as part of a content production workflow: drafting, adapting, automating, and versioning content while maintaining quality and voice.
  • A self-directed working style and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and gather input from stakeholders across departments.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a rebrand, brand consolidation, or major launch moment.
  • Paid social campaign experience, particularly LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Working ability in Canva and light video editing.

Your first 90 days

  • Learn the business, the brand voice, the content strategy, and key stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of the content and social calendar and our social media management platform.
  • Document and implement the content production process.
  • Establish the monthly performance reporting rhythm.
  • Bring an initial set of recommendations for building on the program.
