About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced people leader to manage and scale our Talent Acquisition Coordination team while also supporting high-impact recruiting programs across the organization.

This role is primarily focused on leading and developing the coordination function (approximately 75%), ensuring a best-in-class candidate and interviewer experience. This includes oversight of scheduling operations, driving workflow optimization, strengthening service standards and partnering on recruiting systems support. Experience in applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse is strongly preferred.

In addition, this leader will dedicate approximately 25% of their focus on supporting and evolving key Talent Acquisition programs that enhance hiring quality, consistency and operational excellence. Program areas may include recruiting systems enhancements, process automation, early talent initiatives, team enablement sessions, or other strategic Talent Acquisition programs aligned with business priorities.

Who You Are:
  • You bring 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or a related People function.
  • You have 5+ years of experience directly managing and developing people, ideally within a high-volume or fast-scaling environment.
  • You are a strong people leader who builds engaged, accountable, high-performing teams.
  • You operate with an ownership mindset and are comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just task execution.
  • You have demonstrated success building or improving operational processes at scale.
  • You navigate ambiguity confidently and can lead teams through growth and change.
  • You are a thoughtful stakeholder partner who can influence across levels, including senior leadership.
  • You are data-informed and able to balance metrics with human-centered leadership.
  • Experience supporting recruiting programs (e.g., interviewer training, early talent initiatives, or process improvement programs) is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Scale the Coordination Function
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, driving performance, engagement, and career growth.
  • Own the end-to-end coordination strategy, ensuring efficient, high-quality interview scheduling and candidate experience.
  • Establish clear service standards, workflows, and operating rhythms for the team.
  • Develop scalable coverage models aligned with hiring volume and business priorities.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex coordination or stakeholder challenges.
  • Identify operational risks and proactively implement process improvements.
Support & Evolve Talent Acquisition Programs
  • Partner with TA leadership to support the design and execution of recruiting programs that enhance hiring effectiveness.
  • Help operationalize and manage initiatives such as interviewer training, early talent, or other evolving TA priorities.
  • Track program/systems health, surface insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Balance program execution while maintaining strong oversight of core team performance.
