Manager, Data Analytics - APAC

Your primary responsibilities are to lead and develop a team of analysts, drive account growth, deliver measurable customer value, and build strategic relationships across the APAC region. The team supports the Business Insights service, which complements our core Digital Experience products, and is focused on helping customers achieve meaningful business outcomes.

In partnership with Sales and other Dynatrace teams, you will help customers increase adoption, consumption, and maturity of our solutions. You will also be responsible for communicating the impact of your team's work through clear, consistent, executive-level reporting that highlights customer value, business outcomes, and team accomplishments.

Strategy & Business Leadership

  1. Own day-to-day operations and success of the team's business – delivery quality, scalability, personnel, reporting
  2. Set and execute a strategic vision across short, medium, and long-term horizons; adapt as the landscape shifts
  3. Customer value, resource management, consumption and growth metrics, strategies to grow footprint in top accounts
  4. Partner with senior leadership to build and evolve the Business Insights service within Dynatrace

With Your Team

  1. Mentor and support the professional development of your team members
  2. Weekly account reviews – priorities, risks, escalations (focus on top 10–15 accounts)
  3. Capacity planning, workload balancing, and resource allocation with leadership
  4. Assign resources to POCs and other strategic initiatives

With Dynatrace Teams

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to track and advance customer maturity
  2. Partner with Sales on renewals and new business – demonstrate BI value and impact
  3. Champion the Business Insights service across Dynatrace; flag tool, process, and training improvements

With Customers

  1. Maintain a full view of status, health, risks, and priorities of team accounts
  2. Serve as the strategic executive escalation point for top customers
  3. Present at Quarterly Business Reviews – strategic analysis, executive insights, and recommendations

Reporting

  1. Develop a consistent set of reports on each squad's status and required actions
  2. Identify and create use cases for wider team education and collateral
What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in data/analytics, statistics, engineering, economics, business/marketing or other quantitative disciplines is required.
  2. Should have 8-10+ years of overall experience in Data Analytics, or an Insights related position with a minimum of 2+ years of experience leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.

  1. Must possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  2. Has strong conceptualization and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to bring business and technical people together around clear product concepts, and to motivate them to deliver whole, working solutions.
  3. Proven ability to work under pressure; ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities.
  4. Recognizes and understands both personal and team dynamics and relationships, is empathetic to stakeholder concerns, is invested in the success of the team and effectively influences and persuades.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Expectations

  1. This is a hybrid on-site office position, and all Insights team members are expected to travel at least once per year for annual team meetings.
