The position is embedded in the Food Ingredients Marketing Global Department, where it supports global marketing initiatives and scalable digital marketing operations in close collaboration with global and regional teams.
The role can be based in Europe and is offered as a full‑time, partially remote position. You will join a strategic, collaborative, and growth‑oriented team where operational excellence, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement are at the core of how we work.
Where You’ll Make a Difference?
- Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, including Pardot (Account Engagement), Salesforce, analytics tools, and system integrations.
- Ensure marketing technologies are seamlessly connected to deliver a unified view of the customer journey.
- Design, document, and continuously improve standardized marketing workflows to enable scalable campaign execution.
- Own the end‑to‑end lead lifecycle, from capture and scoring to routing, enrichment, and nurturing.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure high data quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports measuring campaign performance, return on investment, and pipeline contribution.
- Provide operational and technical support for multi‑channel campaigns across email, digital media, web, and events.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, information technology, and other stakeholders to align processes and tools.
What Makes You the Right Fit?
- At least 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or revenue operations
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field
- Strong hands‑on expertise with marketing automation platforms, with Salesforce experience required; Pardot experience is highly valued.
- Solid understanding of lead management, data governance, and performance reporting.
- Experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
