This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago, IL office, with an expectation of three days on-site per week to support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

  • Manage and govern data integrations between Cornerstone OnDemand and HRIS/IT system and external content providers (Skillsoft, Udemy, etc.) ensuring seamless data flows and accuracy;
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce LMS governance standards including roles, permissions, data integrity rules, content policies, and compliance with data protection regulations.

Client Advisory and Consulting Services
  • Serve as a senior consultant and point of escalation for business leaders and Learning Leads seeking LMS expertise, functionality guidance, and program support.
  • Manage the intake and prioritization of learning content administration requests, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in alignment with established SLAs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to design and configure learning programs, curricula, and content within the LMS, translating business needs into effective platform solutions and robust reporting and metrics needed to evaluate HUB’s learning investments.
  • Provide direct support for high-priority and high-visibility learning programs, including instructor-led program logistics and system-based facilitation support when needed.
  • Create and maintain customized LMS assets including email banners, thumbnails, and evaluations in compliance with HUB Brand Guidelines.

  • Co-lead the HUB Learning Administrator Community of Practice, driving engagement, best practice sharing, and capability development across the network of local LMS administrators.
  • Serve as the primary escalation and support resource for local administrators on issue resolution and advanced troubleshooting.
Strategic Contribution
  • Partner with the broader Talent Development leadership team(s) to align LMS capabilities with enterprise talent and learning strategy.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand platform developments, LMS industry trends, and emerging learning technology best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of the team's annual roadmap, identifying priorities that advance platform maturity, user experience, and operational efficiency.
