Reporting to the Director of Finance Modernization within the Global Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will design and deliver modern financial datasets and reporting solutions that support Conagra’s finance transformation agenda. You will focus on building standardized, governed, and artificial intelligence‑ready financial data assets that enable advanced analytics, self‑service reporting, and automation across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with finance and information technology partners to modernize reporting frameworks, optimize data pipelines, and accelerate insight delivery.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of standardized financial datasets and curated, governed data models in Databricks that serve as a single source of truth for downstream reporting, analytics, and artificial intelligence use cases.
  • Modernize finance dashboarding and reporting using Sigma Computing and Power BI, establishing scalable standards and consistent financial definitions that enable role‑based, self‑service insights for financial planning and analysis, operational finance, and leadership.
  • Partner with financial planning and analysis and operational finance teams to translate business requirements into intuitive dashboards, metrics, and reporting experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, integration patterns, and semantic models connecting ERP systems (SAP ECC & S/4) to Databricks and reporting tools.
  • Ensure financial datasets are AI‑ready with clear data lineage, documented calculations, and governance, while reducing manual reporting effort through automation and standardization across datasets, dashboards, and reporting processes.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives and working sessions to align business needs, technical architecture, and long‑term analytics strategy.
  • Contribute to the broader finance transformation roadmap by identifying opportunities to expand self‑service analytics, improve reporting scalability, and increase insight velocity.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high‑performing design and solutions team accountable for solution quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or another quantitative field.
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive experience across finance, financial planning and analysis, finance transformation, finance systems, or analytics, including leadership of complex modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation, with practical application to finance processes, reporting, and analytics.
  • Proven success building strong business partnerships and providing thought leadership, analytics, and insights that support decision‑making.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems (R/3 or S/4HANA) and associated reporting and planning tools (e.g., BW, SAP BPC, Analysis for Office), or equivalent ERP, consolidation, or cloud‑based financial platforms, preferred.
  • Proficiency with enterprise analytics and reporting platforms such as Databricks, Sigma Computing, Power BI Alteryx, or similar tools.
