ROLE OVERVIEW

This isn’t a traditional team, and you’re not a traditional strategist. As the Kitchen’s Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing, you’ll be tasked with driving powerful creator marketing strategies for some of the most iconic brands in foods such as Heinz, Kraft Mac and Cheese, Philadelphia, and more. In this role, you will work closely with brand, PR, media, and social media teams across Kraft Heinz to conceptualize and execute creator marketing campaigns to reach our audiences.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • STRATEGIC DIRECTION: You will work alongside brand teams to craft compelling influencer/creator campaigns that breakthrough the noise
  • LEADERSHIP: You will be the owner of your brands and responsible for providing brand teams with in-depth knowledge and guidance of the creator space
  • INNOVATION: You will bring new and fresh ideas for partnerships, creative ideas, and out of the box influencer executions
  • COLLABORATION: You will work with others to make the work better. You’re not precious or protective of the work you do. You’re willing to work across functions and help others succeed and partner with key teams like PR and media.
  • IDEATION: You enjoy the creative process. You might not consider yourself a “creative” by role or title, but you like to be a part of the ideation process, and you enjoy contributing ideas.
  • EXECUTION: You will be the day-to-day lead on your brands responsible for the successful execution of programs and campaigns including briefing creators and agencies, influencer identification, content approvals and reporting
  • REPORTING: You know how success is measured, and you know how to craft a story about a campaign’s success. You’re connected to the metrics and measures of influencer marketing and which ones drive results.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 4-6 years relevant experience working in a strategic capacity in the influencer space
  • Experience or work in a strategy capacity or in a role where you have had to understand brand foundations, and audiences and know to incorporate creators into a larger strategy
  • Experience leading negotiations with all levels of talent from micro to celebrity and have contacts with creators and agents
  • You’re culturally connected – with a keen sense of what’s going on in online culture.
  • You’ve led campaigns and have experience across all social platforms and experience with different formats (short form, long form, live-streams, etc..)
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns from ideation through reporting
  • Creatively minded and know how to work with creators to craft engaging content that resonates with their audiences
  • You’re technologically savvy, with an understanding of the tools used to mine insights and monitor performance.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and have experience navigating large organizations and cross team collaboration
  • A proven past of willingness to roll-up your sleeves and get into the details when needed.
  • Have experience managing campaign budgets
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complex situations. You’re comfortable creating a brief quickly.
  • Experimentation mindset, embracing new creative technologies, media platforms, and trends.
  • A curiosity and enthusiasm for the unique world of online culture.
  • A mix of unique interests and passions that you can bring to a diverse team.
  • A strong, personal passion for food and food marketing
