We are seeking a North American Sales Manager.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

The Manager, North American Sales, SnowEx and National Accounts is responsible for leading all sales activities for the SnowEx brand and the CSI National Accounts Sales Program. This role leads a team of Distributor Sales Managers and National Account Sales Managers to achieve overall business objectives.

This leader develops and executes sales strategies, distributor programs, meetings, and presentations to drive growth across North America. The role works closely with brand leadership, marketing, and cross-functional partners to strengthen market presence, increase share, and achieve company goals.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Establish and execute sales and business development strategies for the SnowEx distributor channel and National Accounts.
  • Identify and continuously pursue new business opportunities within distributor and National Account channels.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to understand needs, identify opportunities, and deliver value.
  • Establish and implement pricing, incentive, and program strategies to maximize participation, penetration, and sales growth.
  • Refine and expand strategies, programs, and product requirements to grow SnowEx distribution.
  • Organize and participate in National Account trade shows, supplier conferences, franchisee events, and training opportunities.
  • Assist in developing annual and semi-annual bonus and incentive plans for the sales organization.
  • Establish and manage sales forecasts and coordinate with production planning.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Support dealers and distributors with sales strategies, prospecting, and lead development to secure National Account business.
  • Maintain a competitive National Account program database for pricing and strategic evaluation.
  • Collaborate across the organization to support SnowEx, Western, and Fisher growth objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team through strategy deployment, monthly objectives, and performance tracking.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Industry & Technical Knowledge

  • Extensive knowledge of the truck equipment industry, including applications, terminology, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • College-level mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound, practical decisions.
