What You'll Do

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Omni, the Manager, Omni plays a key role within the Accelerator business—the division supporting KIND, Tru Fru, Nature's Bakery, and the newly acquired Kellanova brands. The role is responsible for helping define the Omni commercial vision, investment strategy, and performance analytics for the Better for You portfolio, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, R&D, and Supply Chain to drive online and in-store sales growth and market share expansion.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build monthly and quarterly online performance reporting that shapes category strategies and drives Online Category Leading Growth.

  • Track and analyze Online and In-Store performance to deliver customer and brand insights.

  • Help set growth targets and steward the investment strategy across Online, In-Store, and Total category views.

  • Represent Omni performance and growth opportunities to Category Leadership, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and Sales.

  • Lead multifunctional analyses and projects that drive Sales and Category objectives.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.

  • Strong background in Nielsen data, POS data, market research, and online/in-store category trend assessment.

  • Experience with online and in-store account sales and/or category management (CPG).

  • Strong analytical skills using Nielsen, POS, and market research data to assess online and in-store category trends.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong organizational, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in heavy workload periods, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive for action.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 101,120.00 - USD 139,040.00
