Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, Revenue Enablement (AI Enablement) to support the adoption and execution of AI-driven capabilities across our commercial organization. This role will focus on embedding enablement tools and learning into seller and manager workflows, ensuring consistent usage and business impact.

Key responsibilities include:

 Sales Execution & Ongoing Support

  • Support the day-to-day execution of Sales capabilities already in-market, ensuring smooth operation and consistent usage.
  • Act as a primary execution partner to leadership, helping operationalize approved capabilities across teams.
  • Monitor usage patterns, common issues, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.

Associate Access & Operational Management

  • Support associate access management for enablement tools, including onboarding, access changes, and removals.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for common access and usage questions, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Help ensure access processes are clear, documented, and consistently applied.

AI Education & Enablement

  • Deliver and support AI education for sellers, managers, and enablement partners, including:
  • Role‑based AI overviews

  • In‑context guidance and FAQs

  • Reinforcement materials tied to onboarding, training, and enablement programs

  • Partner with Revenue Enablement teams to embed AI education into existing learning journeys, rather than treating AI as a standalone topic.

Supporting Enablement Across Revenue Enablement

  • Support the integration of enablement Revenue Enablement initiatives, where appropriate, including:
  • New hire onboarding

  • Sales training and readiness programs

  • Manager coaching and reinforcement

  • Partner with Enablement leaders to ensure enablement capabilities are embedded into existing workflows and programs, not added as parallel efforts.

What Success Looks Like

  • Enablement tools are accessible, understood, and consistently used by sellers and managers.

  • Associates know where to go for help, education, and trusted guidance.

  • Enablement is embedded within seller/sales manager programs and workflows, supporting execution without added complexity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, commercial systems, product management, or related roles

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and seller workflows

  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution discipline

  • Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and on-time delivery across multiple workstreams

  • Experience building, running, and improving repeatable operational processes (intake, triage, escalations, documentation, and continuous improvement)

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining clear communication, documentation, and follow-through
