Overview• Responsible for executing Mastercard's Core Products strategy (Prepaid, Debit and Credit) in Argentina and Uruguay driving differentiation, adoption and sustainable revenue growth.• The role plays a key part in aligning global capabilities with local market needs and ensuring successful product delivery through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities• Execute the Core Products strategy for Argentina and Uruguay, aligned with regional and segment priorities.• Partner with Product, Digital, Sales, Account Management, Services, Technology and Operations teams to deliver successful launches and portfolio evolution.• Identify and prioritize business and technical enhancements to improve product relevance, competitiveness and customer adoption.• Monitor product KPIs and P&L performance to support incremental revenue growth.• Ensure Core solutions are delivered as part of a unified, customer-centric strategy.• Support strategic customer engagements and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.• Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring smooth execution across the product lifecycle.
Experiences• Product management experience and skills.• Analytical thinking and organizational skills• Knowledge of the card payments ecosystem, particularly Prepaid, Debit and Credit products, launching and scaling products.• Ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and influence across multiple stakeholders.• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
