$104,500.00 and $222,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$72,000.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead, supervise and motivate National Account Managers and Executives to foster productivity and surpass monthly sales targets
- Coordinate recruiting, training and ongoing development to build a cohesive sales unit
- Oversee daily administration ensuring completion of reports, project plans and business cases using Spectrum's CRM tools
- Conduct weekly sales staff meetings and individual reviews to monitor performance and drive account maintenance and acquisition
- Attend sales calls with representatives to support client engagement and opportunity development
- Provide weekly sales forecasts, summaries and funnel reports to inform business strategy
- Assign high-priority customers and pursue long-term business opportunities while complying with Spectrum policies and procedures
- Coach team members to develop skills required for achieving excellence

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent training, education and experience
Experience
- 5+ years managing multi-national or global sales organizations for a national telecom service provider
Skills
- Proficiency in English communication
- Network of C-level contacts to position Spectrum business services nationally
- Proven ability to create, build and execute national sales budgets
- Demonstrated leadership in building and directing sales organizations
- Expertise in Social Selling and prospecting
- Proficient in database management including CRM tools such as Siebel or Salesforce
- Comprehensive understanding of Voice technologies (PRI, VOIP, SIP), Data solutions (TDM, DS3, OCn, Ethernet), equipment vendors and managed services including MPLS and SaaS
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time
- Valid State driver's license and safe driving record
