Job Summary

The Early Careers Program Manager provides strategic leadership for HCSC's early careers ecosystem, overseeing the execution and continuous improvement of internship, new graduate and emerging talent programs. This role leads a team responsible for delivering enterprise-wide early careers initiatives and collaborates with business leaders and HR partners to build sustainable talent pipelines aligned with organizational workforce needs. The Program Manager serves as a key ambassador for HCSC's employer brand and drives innovative talent attraction and development strategies that position HCSC as an employer of choice for emerging talent.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, communications and 5 years experience in leading or building early career, apprenticeship or university relations programs or initiatives or 9 years of related field or equivalent working experience
  • 1 year of management or leadership experience
  • Creative problem solver with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience working with and recruiting from colleges, high schools and/or organizations supporting apprenticeship programs
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of and experience with recruiting technology (i.e. Workday, Peoplesoft, Taleo etc.)

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$92,700.00 - $167,500.00
