Role Overview

Blue Ops is seeking an M&A Manager to lead financial due diligence and transaction execution across multiple private equity and middle-market M&A engagements. This client-facing role serves as the day-to-day deal lead, owning engagement execution from LOI through close and into post-transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
  • Prepare and review quality of earnings, EBITDA, working capital, and transaction models
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Serve as the primary client contact for private equity sponsors, bankers, and management teams
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Associates and Analysts
  • Present diligence findings and transaction insights to clients
  • Support post-close integration and value creation initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, investment banking, or corporate development
  • Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
  • Experience leading client-facing diligence engagements
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
  • CPA, CFA, or similar credentials preferred
