The Managing Consulting Engineer - ServiceNow CTA makes innovative contributions to solution and product design and implementation. This role applies deep technical expertise to analyze client requirements and develop ServiceNow services across multiple technology solutions. The position leads complex engagements and drives outcomes across multiple geographies.
What You Will Do
* Provide enterprise-wide technical governance across the ServiceNow platform.
* Act as the technical authority responsible for maintaining architectural integrity throughout the program lifecycle.
* Ensure ServiceNow solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices and standards.
* Lead solution design activities and establish architectural governance, standards, and platform strategy.
* Review and guide architectural decisions across multiple workstreams to ensure consistency and reduce technical debt.
* Identify and mitigate integration challenges and technical risks before they impact delivery.
* Provide oversight and mentoring to engineers, architects, and project teams.
* Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and executive stakeholders.
* Support roadmap planning and outcome-based consulting engagements.
* Collaborate with account teams on proposals, presentations, and strategic solution recommendations.
What We Expect of You
* Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years of enterprise ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or platform delivery experience OR 11+ years of enterprise ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or platform delivery experience.
* ServiceNow architecture, governance, standards, solution design, platform strategy, and mentoring experience.
* Demonstrated expertise providing technical leadership across large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
* Experience establishing architectural standards and governance frameworks that support scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
* Strong outcome-based consulting skills and the ability to align technology roadmaps to business objectives.
* Executive communication skills with experience presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Ability to lead complex engagements, evaluate alternatives, and make strategic recommendations.
* Proven organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
* Extensive expertise in multiple areas including ITSM, CSM, MSP and source-to-pay, with the ability to lead workshops, engage C-level executives, and inspire developers.
* ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
* ArchX certification/credential, is a plus.
