Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership regarding market dynamics and future growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business plans that support profitable growth and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and regional teams.
  • Drive regional growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
  • Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue attainment.
  • Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and operational metrics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate across matrixed teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and a culture of accountability.
  • Travel throughout the region to strengthen client relationships and support business objectives.

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience within a Managed Service Provider or related technology services environment required.
  • Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience, including leadership of leaders.
  • Strong business acumen with proven strategic planning and operational leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing service delivery organizations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and change management skills.
  • Process improvement and performance optimization experience; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Executive presence with a proven ability to influence and lead at all organizational levels.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work outside normal business hours when necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
  • Ability to operate standard office technology and equipment
