We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to join a high-priority payment platform migration engagement. Follow testing standards, entry/exit criteria, and defect management processes set by the QA Lead.
Support testing across multiple workstreams as scope is confirmed.
Contribute to hypercare activities post-launch.
3+ years of hands-on manual QA experience across complex, multi-system environments.
Functional testing skills across end-to-end flows spanning multiple integrated platforms.
Strong defect documentation habits — able to log, describe, and track bugs with enough detail to support lead-level reporting.
Adyen platform knowledge, or a demonstrated willingness to get up to speed using Adyen's documentation — explicitly required.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience — one of the core systems in scope
Background in payment processing, transaction flows, or payment platform migration projects.
