Job Description

The ideal candidate will have industrial maintenance experience, with strong mechanical and electrical skills, including reading schematics and using testing equipment. They may have completed a technical training program or apprenticeship and are adept at troubleshooting and repairing machinery in a fast-paced, continuous manufacturing environment. A commitment to safety, teamwork, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts are essential.

What you will be doing:

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and installation on plant machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • Inspect and test machinery before returning it to production.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report any issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED and completed craft apprenticeship or training.
  • Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, power tools, and equipment operation.
  • Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
  • Experience with electrical testing equipment (Meters and Meggers).
  • Able to work 12-hour shifts.

Additional Information:

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.  Starting salary for this position $76,960.
