  • Estimated annual base pay: $78,000(minimum) - $102,000(midpoint) - $125,000(maximum)

As an IT Analyst supporting our global operations portal, you will play a key role in gathering business requirements, contributing to solution design, conducting system testing, and delivering user training. You will facilitate collaboration between developers and business users to ensure solutions meet operational needs.

This role involves working with a diverse technology stack, including SAP ERP, Ignition, Litmus, and a Unified Namespace (UNS). You will coordinate with global teams to support the adoption and integration of these technologies across the organization.

Responsibilities may include enhancing existing systems, integrating third-party solutions, or activating underutilized features within current platforms. Success in this role requires a broad, enterprise-wide perspective—balancing local needs with global standards—and a commitment to driving alignment toward common business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Analysis: Independently elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; Evaluate enhancement vs. new solution options; Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope.

  • Documentation and Testing: Own documentation for assigned projects; Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure the system meets business needs and traceability.

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions; Configure platform (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) modules to meet business requirements, including cross-module integration; Ensure alignment with organizational standards and promote reuse of existing capabilities.

  • Stakeholder Communication and Training: Act as a liaison between business and IT; Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • System Development and Support: Identify and resolve complex platform-related (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) issues, providing timely support to users; Manage enhancements and bug fixes; Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and adherence to standards; Own small-to-medium development efforts; Mentor other team members as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze complex problems and recommend solutions. Use data to support decisions; Advanced problem-solving skills to address complex system issues.

  • Business Process Modeling: Design and optimize business processes; Use modeling tools to support solution design; Ability to identify inefficiencies in platform-related (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) processes and recommending improvements.

  • Change Management & Training: Lead training and change initiatives; Develop materials and measure adoption; Experience in managing change requests and implementing system changes.

  • Documentation & Traceability: Own documentation for projects; Ensure version control and audit readiness.

  • Project Coordination & Execution: Lead small projects or workstreams; Ensure timely delivery and attention to detail.

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Independently gather, analyze, and validate requirements; Facilitate workshops and resolve requirement conflicts.

  • Solution Design Thinking: Translate requirements into functional designs. Evaluate solution options.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.

  • Technical Acumen: Proficient in using and analyzing data within at least one enterprise system; Deep knowledge of specific platform modules and their integration points; Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, configurations, and troubleshooting; Demonstrate continuous learning mindset, interest in technology trends, platform (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) direction.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead testing efforts; Ensure traceability and quality standards.
