About Comfrt
Comfrt is one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands, dedicated to blending mental wellness, inclusivity, and elevated comfort into every piece we create. Our mission goes beyond clothing — we strive to build a community where everyone feels supported and seen.
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Marketing & Customer Data Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data sets and actionable marketing strategies. You will be the primary architect of our customer understanding—identifying who our users are, how they behave, and how we can keep them longer.

The ideal candidate doesn't just "run reports"; they uncover the "why" behind the numbers. They solve problems, take initiative and identity opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Intelligence: Own the end-to-end analysis of the customer journey, including acquisition, retention, and reactivation along with adhoc projects and analysis.
  • Omnichannel Tracking: Manage customer analysis and segmentation from data across multiple internal and external selling platforms.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Develop sophisticated customer segments based on behavioral data to fuel targeted merchandising, marketing and CX strategies.
  • Data Governance & BI: Maintain and expand our BI platforms and dashboards to ensure an accurate "single source of truth" for cross-functional teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Design and automate dashboards that track marketing KPIs, attribution, and experiment (A/B testing) results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, ECommerce, Product and Data Engineering teams to understand strategic priorities and deliver actionable analysis and insights.

Technical Requirements

  • SQL: You are an expert at writing complex and efficient queries to extract insights from large-scale data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) from multiple sources and selling channels.
  • BI Expertise: Extensive experience with BI platforms, building and maintaining dashboards. Proficiency with Looker and LookML is a significant advantage.
  • Statistical Literacy: Strong understanding of statistical concepts as they apply to marketing (e.g., significance testing, cohort analysis, and correlation vs. causation).
  • Tooling: Familiarity with digital analytics data outputs (e.g. Adobe Analytics), CRM platforms, and marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Appsflyer) is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a data-heavy marketing, customer or product analytics role.
  • Strategic Mindset: You understand the "big picture" of the Customer Lifecycle and can translate technical findings into a simple narrative for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Precision: High attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift based on new data.
  • Be part of a purpose-driven company that’s shaping the future of comfort and mental wellness.

Why Join Comfrt?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven company that’s shaping the future of comfort and mental wellness.
  • Work in a supportive, creative environment where your ideas and growth are valued.
