This position offers a high-impact, strategic runway for a marketing technology professional to orchestrate complex data workflows, lead high-profile M&A integrations, and bridge the gap between enterprise marketing technology and revenue generation within a global tech powerhouse.
Job Description

1.Advanced Routing Optimization & MarTech Integration (LeanData Focus)

  • LeanData Architecture: Drive continuous architecture enhancements within LeanData to maximize routing efficiency and deepen its integration layer with core MarTech solutions (HubSpot, Cvent, and Salesforce).

  • System Sync & Health: Oversee and optimize the complex, bi-directional HubSpot-Salesforce sync, ensuring data integrity, field mapping accuracy, and the elimination of sync bottlenecks.

  • Data Governance: Lead ongoing database audits and field standardization to ensure flawless attribution and automated revenue-cycle reporting.

2. Inside Sales Enablement & Revenue Cycle Automation

  • Tender & RFP Automation: Architect and execute the integration of existing core Tender/RFP tools within HubSpot, unlocking an automated revenue cycle that empowers direct business Sales Teams to act on high-value contracts instantly.

  • Speed-to-Lead Acceleration: Partner directly with the North American Inside Sales Org to translate field requirements into technical enhancements, minimizing friction and optimizing speed-to-lead benchmarks.

3. Automated Event Operations & Attribution Tagging

  • Post-Event Account Tagging: Design, deploy, and manage an "always-on," automated post-event account tagging process in Salesforce.

  • Scalable Tracking: Ensure that all global corporate events, webinars, roadshows, and tradeshows automatically update account and contact records in real-time to guarantee precise marketing attribution.

4. Strategic M&A Lead Management & Integration

  • Acquisition Data Migration: Own the Lead Management workstream for high-profile M&A projects, leading the strategic integration of newly acquired business units into the core MSI Salesforce instance.

  • Onboarding & Standardization: Manage the data mapping, deduplication, and database uploads of legacy acquired data, auditing legacy tech stacks to successfully bring new organizations up to MSI enterprise standards.

5. Intent Data Operationalization & Sales Funnel Automation

  • Always-On Funnel Architecture: Take strategic ownership of our investment in ZoomInfo Intent Topics by building and maintaining automated workflows that transform raw intent signals into an active, always-on inbound lead funnel.

  • Sales Alignment & Buy-In: Act as the primary evangelist to the Inside Sales function, communicating the value of intent data, establishing operational SLAs, and driving team buy-in to ensure sales reps actively follow up on high-intent accounts.

  • Data-Driven Routing: Seamlessly inject validated intent triggers into our LeanData and Salesforce infrastructure to alert inside sales reps to in-market buyers in real-time.

Experience & Education

  • 3–5+ years in Marketing Technology, Sales Ops, or a related role with deep, hands-on experience in Salesforce lead management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, Business, or related field.

Technical Aptitude

  • Core Platforms: Advanced, proficient experience with Salesforce (SFDC), LeanData and HubSpot.

  • Routing & Data Enrichment: Hands-on experience building and modifying router graphs within LeanData, alongside exposure to data intelligence tools like ZoomInfo (specifically Intent tracking).

  • Integrations: Experience working with -marketing technology and API/native connectors between CRM and marketing automation platforms!

Personal Attributes

  • Growth Mindset: An eager learner who is excited to master enterprise tech tools and scale their responsibilities over time.

  • Revenue-Driven Mindset: You look at data workflows not just as "pipes," but as vehicles to maximize sales velocity and drive corporate revenue.

  • Confident Communicator & Sales Partner: A highly articulate communicator who can serve as a trusted advisor to the Inside Sales leadership team, translating complex MarTech infrastructure into clear business outcomes.

  • M&A Adaptability: A calm, solution-oriented problem solver who thrives when managing the data complexities, tight timelines, and shifting landscapes of corporate acquisitions.
